About me

I am a certified professional trainer and group fitness instructor with more than 10 years experience in professional kickboxing.

As an accomplished and passionate fitness professional, I know firsthand how determination and commitment can change people’s lives forever.My client’s results speak louder than any words could.

My goal as a personal trainer is to help people reach their full potential , including a healthy mind, body and soul. Throughout  many years of experience I have developed a number of programs for a variety of people with different ages, abilities and fitness levels.

I , myself as a competitor know how it feels to reach your goals and to win, I pride myself on my clients having the same feeling.

Exercise Tips

This exercise, improves shoulder symmetry Strength and core stability.

Exercises that strengthen the shoulder and the rotator cuff muscles can be done at home, work or the gym. You can include these exercises in your regular workout routine or do them separately. The rotator cuff muscles are very small, so be careful not to use too much weight or do too many repetitions. Also, it is important to keep a balance between the front and rear rotator cuff muscles. Many people tend to overwork the front muscles by training only the major muscle groups. They work the back, chest, shoulders, and arms, all of which internally rotate the shoulder. As a result, the muscles used in external rotation are under worked.
